Event Waiver & Photo Consent

Play Fair is a wholesome day for discovery, connection, and play. Come to unlock passions, meet other locals, and contribute to the place you call home. To keep it fun and safe for everyone, here's the fine print outlining the waiver and consent to capture images and videos. By buying a ticket, you’re agreeing to this for yourself and anyone else coming on your behalf. It’s part of our Terms of Service.

Show up to play, at your own pace

Every workshop and activity is included in your ticket and optional. Participation over perfection, always. Some sessions, like yoga, pilates, HIIT, breathwork, dance and games, get you moving, so listen to your hosts, know your limits, and sit out anything that doesn’t feel right. If you have a health condition or injury, check with your doctor before joining the more active sessions. Some of our clubs may ask you to sign their own waiver before their activity.

Play at your own risk

Like any day out, there’s a small chance of bumps, slips, strains or misplaced belongings. By attending, you accept those risks and agree that Play Fair, our team, volunteers, venue, partners and vendors aren’t responsible for any injury, loss or damage, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or where the law says otherwise.

If something happens

If you get hurt or feel unwell, you’re okay with our team or emergency services giving you first aid or any treatment they think you need. If you might need a hand during the day, just let us know at check-in.

Under 18s

Anyone under 18 needs to come with a parent or guardian, who agrees to all of this on their behalf and keeps an eye on them throughout the day.

Smile, you might be on camera

We’ll be capturing photos and video to share the fun. By attending, you’re okay with appearing in them and with us using them on our website, social media and promotions. Rather not be featured? Tell a team member at check-in and we’ll do our best, though you might still pop up in the background of crowd shots.

It’s cool to care

Look after your belongings and each other. We may ask anyone who puts others at risk to leave.
